What do you like best about Journey?

Super simple & easy to use! I used to email prospects PDFs, links, and case studies all separately throughout the whole sales process. Now with Journey, I can easily post all of that information in one place that prospects can access any time.

It saves them time so they dont have to dig through emails and try to remember what I've sent. It makes their internal discussions easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Journey?

It was a bit overwhelming at first, but didn't take long to figure out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a software sales rep, I used to email prospects PDFs, case studies, links, and all sorts of things. This would lead to them having to dig through their email inbox to pull material to build their business case.

Now I can create their business case for them so they have everything readily available to present to their leadership Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
