What I like most about Joule is its ability to provide quick access to SAP-specific knowledge and guidance in one place. It saves time when researching SAP functionality, troubleshooting issues, and understanding complex processes. I also appreciate how it supports learning and knowledge sharing, especially when I’m working with unfamiliar SAP topics. Overall, it helps consultants work more efficiently, make better-informed decisions, and stay focused on delivering value to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Joule is that its answers can sometimes feel too generic or incomplete, especially when I’m dealing with complex, customer-specific SAP scenarios. Some of its recommendations still require manual verification because the information isn’t always accurate or detailed enough to act on confidently. It would also help if Joule had stronger context awareness for customized SAP environments and configurations. Overall, I think Joule has great potential, but its accuracy, flexibility, and depth of knowledge could still be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
