What do you like best about Joule?

What do you dislike about Joule?

One area where Joule could improve is offering greater flexibility and customization to better fit different user workflows. Like many AI assistants, it can occasionally provide responses that still need to be verified, and its overall effectiveness depends heavily on the quality and availability of the underlying data. What problems is Joule solving and how is that benefiting you?

Joule helps address the challenge of navigating complex business processes and locating information spread across multiple systems. By letting users interact with SAP applications through natural language, it cuts down the time spent searching for data, handling routine tasks, and pulling together insights.
