What I like best about Jotform Workflows is how it simplifies my accounting work. I use it to route expense claims, purchase requests, and invoice approvals, and it sends automatic reminders so I'm not chasing people for sign-offs. Every approval is time-stamped and kept in one place, which makes audits and month-end reconciliation much easier. It was also simple to set up with no coding. My main dislike is that approval flows get cluttered once I add several conditions, like different limits for different expense amounts. That makes small fixes slow.
