Visual drag and drop is the best thing, also it makes the forms visually strong which makes people engaged in the survey. I personally use this for my app review surveys rather than normal vague Google forms. Also, the conditional logic basically automatically routes submissions based on responses, various integrations and AI actions, and real-time tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complex conditional logic - Multiple branches and approval stages can make workflows cluttered and difficult to troubleshoot. Steep learning curve - Although the drag-and-drop interface is beginner-friendly, understanding advanced settings, PDF generation, e-signatures, and routing takes time. Limited collaboration - Reviewers may lack a convenient built-in way to discuss a submission with the person who submitted it before approving or rejecting it.
