What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

What I like best is the widgets. They make my forms much more interactive and allow me to add different functions without making everything complicated. I use them a lot for ECA registrations, trial bookings and parent forms, and they give me more flexibility to create forms that actually fit what I need. I also like that I can customise things myself and make changes quickly when our programmes change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

The clashes that sometimes happen when I used too many widgets on the same form. Forexample, the booking widget that linked with the outlook calendar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Jotform, a lot of our ECA registration process involved manually collecting information, checking responses and following up with parents. Jotform Workflows helps me connect these steps and keep the information more organised. I use it for things like ECA registration, trial classes, camps and parent forms, so having everything in one place saves me time and reduces the amount of repetitive admin work.
