What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I LOVE the plug and play style of it. It makes it super user friendly for someone like me who isn't adept at programming in general. There are countless features and integrations that have made my life so much easier too! I personally love the integration with Share Point and being able to have Jotform automatically send documents to my files over there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

I don't like that you can't mark a workflow as "completed" manually. I had a situation with a couple people who got the jotforms/sign docs via the workflow, but they didn't see them in their email so they didn't fill them out, and a week later i had to resend the forms separately. At the end of the day, I had the information I needed, but as far as i know there isn't a spot to change their status manually and that would be nice. Right now they just show "In Progress" still. What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping with our onboarding process for new hires, and the simplicity of the program is making it so easy to edit/change things ourselves! In the past when we have been with other software companies for onboarding documents, every change we wanted to make to the "workflow" if you will, had to be done thru the tech support team. With Jotform Workflows, I'm able to easily create the system i want via the drag-and-drop model on my own! No need to ask someone else to do it for us.
