"Powerful workflow tools, but there’s definitely a learning curve"

What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

What I like best is how much flexibility Jotform Workflows gives me without needing custom software. I’ve been able to connect forms, route customers based on their answers, add conditional logic, and build a multi-step intake process for my small business. The visual workflow builder also makes it easier to understand how the different paths connect, especially once the logic is set up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

The biggest downside for me is that the more advanced workflows can become confusing pretty quickly. Branching, prefill mapping, redirects, and keeping the correct fields connected between forms sometimes takes more troubleshooting than I expected. I’ve also had a few cases where the AI assistant suggested or changed something that wasn’t quite right, so I’ve learned to test everything myself before relying on it. What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform Workflows is helping me replace a lot of manual back-and-forth in my small business. Instead of collecting owner information, dog details, safety information, permissions, signatures, and follow-up forms separately, I can connect those steps into one process. It also helps me handle situations like multi-dog households without making customers repeat an entire intake. The biggest benefit is organization and consistency — I spend less time chasing information, and customers get a more professional, structured experience from the beginning.
