What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I love how easy it is to add conditional items, the overall look and feel of the forms, and how smoothly it integrates with other platforms and I've never had an issue with the speed or performance of the forms.

The pricing is fair for an individual user, though I wish the business pricing were more fair so I can have more than one user without breaking the bank.

I am not a huge fan of the AI function in it's current state. While trying to utilize it to create a workflow it created multiple unnecessary forms that I then had to spend time deleting and purging. And while the there are forums and discussion boards that provide great support, I do wish there were a chat open to speak with a live person to describe what I am trying to achieve to receive live support. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Some functions of the workflows are not intuitive. Actions I am trying to achieve are a lot of trial and error with me having to try and describe what I am trying to do in a forum and then wait for answers and try to recreate. It'd be nice if there were a dedicated chat for people working on workflows to make it a more attractive feature, especially those less familiar with automation.
