"JotForm Streamlines Document Signing and Agency Follow-Ups"

What do you like best about Jotform Sign?

JotForm has made it much easier to run our agency and get documents signed. It’s also been really helpful for staying on top of follow-ups and keeping the process moving forward. I especially like that the system emails us as soon as a document is signed, which makes our follow-up workflow much smoother and more consistent. Another big benefit is being able to upload our own PDFs and send them to clients for signatures. On top of that, we can create forms, copy them as a link, and reuse them whenever we need. The yearly pricing also feels very reasonable for how much we use the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Sign?

I wish we could use more of our own PDFs to send to clients for signing. I believe our current limit is 10 per month, but I’d really like that limit to be a bit higher so we have more flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were pretty old-school before signing up for JotForm. We had to have clients come in to sign documents, or we’d email them forms for the client to print out, sign, and then send back. Now we can simply send the link, and it automatically comes back to us, which benefits everyone involved. This has helped save time and money for us, and it’s been easier for our clients as well.
