The manual form maker and Jotform Sign functions are super easy to use and met all of our organizational needs. It also has a price that makes sense for a non-profit without sacrificing what we need. The integrations with Sharepoint and Saleforce are super helpful. Plus it just works without too much messing with it, which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Podo and all of the AI functions are absolutely terrible. Every time it attempts to help me it generates a bunch of nonsense and makes things way harder.
The support also defaults to the AI first, which is not helpful as Jotform does have some really informed staff that helped me out as soon as Podo stopped making a mess of anything. I think the mascot design is cute, but the sooner that Jotform sign can strip anything AI out of this app, the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
