Very easy to create forms and fillable boxes. I also need to have multiple users sign my forms so I can assign specific sections of the form to be filled out by the appropriate person. I also love the integration with Sharepoint and the ability for everyone to receive the form when completed. I have not used AI yet as I am still figuring out how to integrate but Jotform support has always been helpful when I have issues I use Jotform for a multitude of jobs within my scope. It is always helpful and innovating. I am very happy with recent upgrades to sharepoint Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The two issues I’ve encountered most are: 1) Autofill. Sometimes my users are asked to enter information that includes multiple names and email addresses, and autofill is a little too quick to populate their details. That leads to my second problem. 2) Edits. If the first person makes a mistake and then their higher authority needs to sign second, I can’t correct the error (especially if they were filling it out quickly with autofill). It becomes confusing for the admin (the second signer) when I have to cancel and resend documents, or download the form after the first signer and then re-upload it to fix the issues before sending it back to the admin. Having an edit option after the form has been sent would be life changing. Also being able to track the document from the sign inbox- including views, opens, etc would be helpful. Sometimes when an admin (second signer) opens multiple times but doesn't sign flags me to follow up. I receive the emails when the form is opened and signed bit it would be very helpful to open the sign inbox and see the audit trail there in real time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
