This is my first use, and I'm using for registration for our annual craft marketplace. I was able to duplicate my paper form fields so users are familiar with the inputs, it allows for online payments, so I don't separately have to make a PayPal button, and it tracks the registrations. May be my fault, but I was not aware of the limits on online payments in the free version. We are a very small non-profit, so the free part was important. I opened registration for my event, which typically provokes many of our crafters to sign up, and the form stopped taking payments after the low limit (5? 10? not sure) so I had to pay to upgrade. I did find out there's a discount for qualified non-profits and we were able to qualify for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
