I've been using JotForm for seven months now, and I've moved up to the Gold plan because it's become central to how I work. I came to it because I needed a simple system for mailing and integrations, and I'm not a designer. What hooked me was being able to monitor and track email opens, and having real control over my own database. It started with email. Now I use it for websites, forms and database management, and I'm about to use the new app feature to onboard people who need to supply critical documents for a legal process. At first my only frustration was my own technical ability. But the further I went, the easier it got, because it's very intuitive. I didn't have time to watch all the videos, so I learned as I went, and I could still get things done quickly. It's like a new cell phone. Nobody hands you instructions, and you just figure it out. With Podo, JotForm's AI, it's even easier. You tell it what you want, and it either does it or guides you. We're a very small team, and I don't use it on my own. I use it with joint venture partners too. It gives us skills and resources we wouldn't otherwise have, makes joint ventures easier to bring together, and gives me more control over how we work.
