What do you like best about Jotform?

Using this software at www.ebikepark.it has completely transformed the way we welcome our customers. The early check-in feature is phenomenal: it lets our clients complete their registration before they even arrive. As a result, e-bike delivery is much faster and we avoid long queues at our location. What do you dislike about Jotform?

Honestly, we haven’t run into any significant downsides. The platform delivers exactly what it promises, and any small learning curve we did encounter was easy to get past thanks to the intuitive interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we started using this solution, handling customer registrations on-site was time-consuming and often created bottlenecks during peak hours. Now that we’ve moved the check-in process online in advance, our day-to-day operations are much more streamlined. This change has improved our team’s workflow and made the experience noticeably smoother and more premium for our riders, while still ensuring top-tier data security.
