"Jotform Streamlined My Workflow with Intuitive Forms, Templates, and Integrations"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Jotform?

So far, Jotform has been an absolute game-changer for my workflow and online business. The form builder feels extremely intuitive, the drag-and-drop editor works seamlessly, and automation features like Approval Flows save me hours of manual data entry every week. The template library is massive, and the integrations (including the new Canvas LMS) make it effortless to connect Jotform with my other tools. I highly recommend it for creators, educators, and anyone looking to streamline their tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

I feel the Free plan’s monthly submission limits can be reached pretty quickly if a campaign goes viral, and moving up to the next tier can be a bit costly for micro-businesses. Also, when I’m building very complex forms with lots of conditional logic, the editor can occasionally lag a little. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jotform has truly solved the nightmare of manual data collection and repetitive administrative work for me. Before using it, organizing responses, collecting feedback, and managing approvals meant endless back-and-forth communication, plus manual spreadsheet entries that took up far too much time.

With Jotform, I can build clean, professional e-forms and set up automated workflows in minutes, without writing a single line of code. Automated submission tracking and seamless integrations save me hours of manual work every week, so I can focus on creating content and growing my business instead of getting buried in admin tasks.
