"Seamless, Error-Reducing Online Forms My Customers Love"

What do you like best about Jotform?

I run a print shop, and having an online form for my customers to complete helps eliminate errors. It also makes the process seamless and easy to use, and it’s a form my customers really love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

It took me a little while to get used to the form’s editing functions, especially figuring out where to connect and integrate with my OneDrive. The AI feature is nice and helpful, but it doesn’t really give me a way to understand or resolve an issue myself—it mostly just fixes it. I can see how that’s a good feature for most people, but for me, I’d prefer to know what actually resolved the issue so I can learn from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation is everything in the print world—it’s all about streamlining processes. When a customer fills out the form, they feel involved in the process, which I really like. Once the form is completed, it drops straight into my OneDrive along with the customer files. That workflow is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
