"Perfect Solution for On-Site Forms"
4/5
What do you like best about Jotform?

Jotform is really user friendly and has more customization options than I've seen on any other apps. It really makes it possible to create branded forms with all the features you need without having to do any coding. You simply drag and drop the elements you want into your form, making the interface super intuitive.

I've used it in the past for basic forms, but most recently discovered it's ability to collect signatures. As someone who films a lot of social media content for my clients, this has been an incredible way to have people sign release forms on-site.

It has a fairly good selection of integrations that help you automate your workflow and keep submissions organized. Depending on your plan, you can collect payments (Paypal, Stripe, Venmo), schedule meetings (Google Calendar, Acuity), and store files in your preferred storage platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

I also love that it integrates with my project management system, ClickUp. ClickUp does have a form feature, but it requires a plan upgrade and does not offer the impressive functionality that Jotform does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

My only complaint is the pricing. $40/month just to get unlimited submissions seems pricey. Especially since most businesses are using this in conjunction with other programs that require a higher monthly subscription. If this is a program you plan on using extensively throughout all of your business operations, then it's definitely worth it. However, if you're only using it for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
