What do you like best about Jotform?

Our server was having trouble processing forms, moving to a form platform that runs on its own servers was a big advantage for us. We were able to quickly continue processing payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

I found the ai builder component to be a bit clumsy. When it made an unwanted change, it was hard to figure out how to undo said change, often times resulting in taking the form creation in a different direction, or starting over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a solution that did not run on our server. Our server was having trouble processing our registration/payment forms—we would only receive 2 out of 3 submissions. In the middle of dance registration season, I was able to quickly create & publish jotform payment collection forms. I did not need to watch tutorials, nor require support; it was an easy and intuitive product to use. My client is now back to collecting payments without repeatedly getting errors.
