What do you like best about Jotform?

Overall, I love how simple it is. We’re a small business and not very IT literate, but we’ve still managed to find so many uses for Jotform that help streamline our processes. We created a feedback form that’s simple and straightforward for customers, while still giving us enough information thanks to the conditional formatting. The report builder has also really impressed our MD. For the price of the silver plan I really cannot fault it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

We're fairly new to Jotform and haven't found much we dislike yet, but one improvement that could be made is to increase the integrations. This may just be that we need to suggest which software we'd like to integrate with, but it would streamline our process even more if we had this in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a relatively new company, we didn’t have many established processes before using Jotform, and anything we did have was often spread across different systems. Jotform has helped us bring everything into one place and keep our forms consistent.
