I come from my company using a Wordpress background for the site. Having to fully modernize some aspects of our website recently our old way of doing intake forms would no longer be compliant. We were recommended Jotform as a means of staying HIPAA compliant on our new website, and at first I was a bit distraught over having to rebuild all of our company's forms and learn a new system. However, once I got onto Jotform, it was a game changer. We were able to reproduce some of our simple forms in as little as 5-10 minutes before getting them live for patients to use. The ease of use for our staff was easier than anticipated as well. I am interested in trying out more of the features available to us on the Gold plan. <br><br>Being a healthcare organization we knew we needed a HIPAA compliant plan which left us only with Gold or Enterprise. I contacted Enterprise sales and left a inquiry, and well my meeting was quickly dismissed with them after the sales rep was telling me it would be 10,000 at least for Enterprise, and he really did not know any of the other plans so good luck. That did leave it disheartening and not great initial support for our organization being brought aboard. I am hoping my experience with support is different from sales.<br><br>So far the performance of the forms seems to be running smoothly on our website and via submissions on Jotform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that when my team logs in to a table that they re not logging into the table but to forms, then need to access shared with me, then tables to see results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
