We have found using and creating online forms with Jotform incredibly useful and also very straightforward to use. The form creation interface is well laid out and constructed with very helpful prompts at each stage of development. The integrations are updated regularly and follow market trends and applications well. We have been very impressed with the performance as well the delivery of the forms is instant and also the storage is very useful for logging the data in a secure way. The free plan is a great way to start your Jotform journey but then moving seamlessly on to a paid plan as your storage needs require it. We haven't had need for online support as yet but I can see the interfaces feature heavily all over the site and the onboarding process is quick and easy to follow and action. The AI interfaces are very useful but again I feel we are only scratching the surface of its functionality with our current usage. There is not much I dislike about Jotform, but when we tried to clear down our storage and housekeep it we found it did not reduce our overall usage capacity - so this was quite confusing. This however did allow us to upgrade our account to great benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
