A practical way to handle job applications for my business

I own a roofing company and use Jotform as a dedicated website where people can apply for our open positions. Applicants fill out the application, upload their résumé, and everything comes directly to my email, including the PDFs. That direct email delivery is the biggest benefit for me because it fits into how I already run my business and review applicants.

When hiring across multiple job platforms, I want one consistent application process and one place to receive the information. Jotform gives me a link I can send applicants to, where I can ask the questions relevant to the position and collect their résumés alongside their answers. Having that information together makes it easier to evaluate someone without chasing down missing details.

I also appreciate being able to use it as a standalone application page without building and maintaining a separate hiring website. My goal is straightforward: give candidates somewhere to apply and get their completed applications and PDF attachments delivered to my inbox.
