The builder is fast and intuitive, Jotform Sign handled legally-worded agreements better than I expected, and every submission showed up in Jotform Tables in real time so our staff could check people in at the gate from a phone. The plan limits on signed documents are easy to underestimate. Bronze includes 100 signed docs a month, which we burned through within hours on day one, and the warning emails threatening to disable our documents landed mid-event, so the jump from the $39 tier to the $129 Gold tier felt forced rather than chosen.
