What do you like best about JOOR?

Intuitive platform for order collection, strong digital showroom, always-on chat available also for customers, and effective support for managing wholesale campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOOR?

The iPad app is not yet fully usable for our needs, as it does not reflect all the functionalities available on the web dashboard. In addition, although EAN scanning is available, it does not always return correct pricing in case of size breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JOOR solving and how is that benefiting you?

JOOR helps us centralize and streamline our wholesale order collection and communication with agents and customers. It has significantly improved our ability to manage sales campaigns, especially for international clients, and has reduced the need for physical presence thanks to the digital showroom.
