What do you like best about Joist?

The most helpful thing about Joist was that it was simple to use and it allowed us to teach others how to use it fairly quickly as well. I also like how you can search every year and month on a sheet and it shows the clients that we serviced in that time, that is really helpful when we call clients to check back up on them a year later. What do you dislike about Joist?

the least helpful thing I liked about joist was that it doesn't let you schedule jobs for employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Joist solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving the hassle of invoicing. It has helped us in the entire process, making it easier, faster and more organized which has then led to less errors. It helpes us keep organized and it allows us to worry about one less thing because we know that we have what we need recorded on every invoice and it all filled for us as well.
