We would get notifications anytime anyone opened up an estimate or invoice (even if multiple times), if CC payment, we were paid the next business day, no matter the time the payment was made, we could enter change orders for signature, and the sync with Quickbooks Online worked well. It didn't have a marketing email tool or a way to ask for Google reviews after a job was completed. We had to do that manually. It also didn't have a way to job cost or let us have a way to track costs from each job. It was also getting more and more expensive to be lacking important functions.
