The one-touch video conferencing interface is another standout feature because it saves valuable time when setting up meetings. It's great that JoinU effortlessly fits into our existing workflow, syncing directly with Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar for booking rooms, and enabling us to start Zoom, Teams, and Webex calls with a single click on various devices. The initial setup was quick and simple, taking less than thirty minutes per room to install the software and sync with our systems. Additionally, it significantly eases managing meeting rooms by eliminating the hassle of managing cables and reducing confusion around room scheduling, thanks to its real-time calendar availability display.
