What do you like best about JoinU?

What I like best about JoinU is how effortlessly it bridges the gap between different video conferencing platforms. As a sales professional, my prospects use everything from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. JoinU’s "cross-launch" capability lets me hop into any client meeting with one click right from the room display, completely eliminating the usual setup friction or technical delays before a pitch. What do you dislike about JoinU?

Even though the interface looks clean, the very first setup and configuration can feel a bit tricky for non-technical users. Like when we need to onboard a new sales rep fast, or when we’re setting up a temporary meeting room, the settings part takes longer than we expect. Honestly, simplifying the first time installation wizard would be a big improvement, since it would make that whole start less painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JoinU solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had trouble with smoothly switching between different sales reps laptops and client devices during pitch meetings, and it would kinda stall our momentum, like every time. With JoinU , we can handle it via its universal wireless screen sharing. Then, any team member or visiting prospect can cast their screen in a few seconds , no matter what OS they have.
