I like JOIN for its simplicity and how it efficiently centralizes the hiring process. It saves me a lot of time by letting me create a job once and automatically sharing it on different job boards. It's easy to collaborate with my team on all applications, as I can invite colleagues to interviews, view candidate CVs in one place, and send emails all within the tool. I appreciate how all necessary features, like pipeline management, interviews, email, and automations, are integrated, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.
