"Intuitive, Reliable Membership Management with Fantastic Join It Support"

What do you like best about Join It?

The platform has been perfect for setting up our membership scheme at The Lubber Fiend (a DIY music venue/charity in Newcastle, UK) - intuitive, easy to use and holds all of the membership/payment info all in once place. The platform is very reliable and we've never had any issues with it going down or members being unable to access their info etc.

The payment integration and portal frontpage look slick and can be customised further, the option to give members digital membership cards makes redemption of benefits really easy, and the quick email/posts system have allowed us to 1) keep in contact with members regularly (including some automation around payments/renewals) to ensure they're valued as key folks in the venue community, and 2) put out a monthly member's newsletter which is all accessible via the Join It portal.

The Join It team have been extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any queries, as well as following up without prompting to make sure that we're satisfied with how the platform is functioning. They give a full overview of the platform when initially signing up via video-call, where they can field any questions around the interface. They also were able to tweak some of the functionality of the platform to ensure it suited our purposes (i.e. making it easy to record redemption of any monthly perks so that the system can't be abused).

Pricing has also been very fair, and as a CIC we receive a discount on the monthly subscription cost of the platform, which is a huge help in an industry which is constantly on a knife-edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Join It?

We have had no real issues with the platform, and as mentioned previously the team were able to tweak it to meet our specific requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Join It solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a CIC, we required a means of ongoing fundraising, alongside our occasional fundraiser events. Previously we were receiving PayPal donations and attempted to set up a short lived Patreon, both of which had huge drawbacks in terms of member and financial management.

Join It's big strength for us was that the platform puts membership, fundraising and communication all in one place. We now have a growing number of people who are contributing to the venue, and we are able to offer them something in return (ticket/food/drink discounts, exclusive merch, a behind the scenes newsletter) in a way that is all extremely easy to track.

One of the biggest barriers to fundraising is how easy donations can be made - Join It solves all of this, and can be customised with branding and our own copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
