The ability to manage memberships with very little setup and configuration. After importing our member list, it only requires a few clicks here and there. Very simple to use, and a clean and modern interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Kiosk check-in tab has to be active with the correct input field having focused for it to work. It would be great if that would work behind the scenes, or with other tabs/windows active. As it is now, you can't use the computer for any other task while in this mode, if members are actively checking in. Also, they are "checked in" successfully even if their membership is pending or expired. It would be nice if there was some notification or way of being alerted to this. We have a 1920x1080 FHD screen on our check-in laptop, and it doesn't show the history without scrolling down and potentially changing focus from the scan-input field. The only way to see if they're pending or expired is the thin strip of color next to their recent login card at the top of the page, which is not easy to see distinguish when it's bright outside. A larger notification (or the toast popup that occurs) indicating non-active memberships would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
