The system allows us to keep recruiting processes simple, even for people who don’t work in it on a daily or routine basis. The integrations work well and help keep work seamless; for example, the LinkedIn integration helps recruiters stay within one platform. The system is also capable of supporting many users without issues. The support we receive is excellent—the Jobvite team is very accessible and does a great job helping you learn the system. Jobvite also stays focused on continual upgrades and enhancements, so the platform doesn’t feel static. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** With Jobvite, there’s a lot of clicking required, even when there’s only one option in a drop-down, so it can feel repetitive for some users. The AI is helpful (for example, Talent Fit), but it could use some refinement; since it’s newer technology, that’s understandable. The dashboards and widget configuration aren’t very intuitive and could be made easier to set up and navigate. Also, if you forget to hit the save button, your work is lost. Additionally, when working in the ATS, it keeps your last search criteria, which can trip users up—you have to remember to clear it. Mobile app could be easier to use. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jobvite is allowing us to have different workflows for our 3 company functions- Professional services, Home Office, and Field. These roles are very different and the system very nicely let's us customize the processes for all. Jobvite has also made it easier to see activity and by whom giving us greater insights. As enhancements are made it continues to save us time on the recruiting team and for the hiring managers because they are ble to spend less time on process and more time elsewhere. We have also been able to benefit from having communication within the system and recorded vs hunting for conversations in emails or teams. ### 2. Its ability to keep documents makes it easy to find what I need, such as driver documents, degrees, job descriptions, and offer letters uploaded by new hires. I also love that Company Policy Agreements can be signed digitally, and the I-9 form can be completed online. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** Sometimes for only one person, I couldn't download the I-9 form. Also, when creating new tasks for templates, the date entry is a bit confusing. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Jobvite for onboarding, keeping things organized, saving templates for repeated tasks, and easily finding documents. Everything is pretty simple, intuitive, and easy to understand. It makes it easier for recruiters of all backgrounds, not just technically savvy ones, to get their jobs accomplished quicker and easier. My recruiters love the ability to move quickly, get screens completed, and interviews finished. The text feature is amazing, and they're really enjoying diving into the telemetry model. **What do you dislike about Jobvite?** I do not like the fact that their definition of 'hire' is at the point an offer is accepted, not at when they're officially hired. So we've had to create a lot of workarounds on that. Also, the onboarding module is a lot of work, although I like it better than this new one they were thinking about going to. It just takes a lot to set it up. We struggled a little bit with the API on the onboarding side and eventually actually gave up on trying to create that API. **What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jobvite helps my recruiters move quickly to complete screens and interviews efficiently.
