Very easy to use interface and very prompt on-demand customer service. I like the ability to customize regions of interest and to create CIP to SOC crosswalks relevant to our degree programs. In Resume Forensics, some of the data is not cleaned up as well as I would prefer. For example, individuals misspell the name of their college attended, and those won't surface as "hits" in a report. There are also duplications of persons, where data scraped from one site where the person uses a slightly different name variation than their name on another site (for example: Bill vs. William).
