What do you like best about JOBPROGRESS?

There are several ways to filter information which makes it very versatile for many employees who serve a wide customer base Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JOBPROGRESS?

The search feature can be difficult to narrow down as specifically as I would like. The program can also be very slow at times, which can be frustrating to someone who is using it all day every day and trying to be efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're looking for a way to keep track of a wide variety of jobs, clients, or other work, consider using Job Progress! The search feature is an easy way to narrow down results, and find exactly what you are looking for relatively quickly. The app and desktop version allow seamless integration between employees in the office and employees in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JOBPROGRESS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving customer communication problems because every interaction is logged in JobProgress so each team member knows exactly what has happened in the customer file previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
