The fact that it allows someone as scatterbrained as me to keep every customer in order. The integrations across different platforms are a big plus. The pricing is in line, and the overall performance is amazing. The AI is a massive bonus, as we aren't always in the shop, and not only does it take messages, but it gathers important information.
