"Jobma Streamlined Our Recruiting with Time Savings, Interview Records, and ATS Integration"

What do you like best about Jobma?

Jobma has saved our recruiting team so much time and allows us to have a record of previous interviews to reference with notes. It has increased the visibility into the process and also given both candidates and recruiters the flexibility and time needed to complete the process. What do you dislike about Jobma?

While Jobma allows recording of your interview questions for candidates in the platform, we opted to do it outside so we could use our logo and background in our videos. If Jobma added the ability to add custom backgrounds in the recording system, this would make setup a bit easier for our organization specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jobma solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a lean recruiting team and conducting live phone screenings for every position was consuming a significant amount of time that was making getting other things done challenging. We have saved so much time utilizing Jobma and has created the ability to evaluate candidate asynchronously which allows for so much more flexibility in managing the hiring pipeline.
