What do you like best about Jobilla?

Jobilla is easy to use. The system is quite agile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobilla?

Comments should transfer with the candidate when applying for another position. Currently, they do not transfer directly, and you have to search through previous recruitments (takes time). If a candidate is transferred from one recruitment to another, the comments do not transfer either. When candidates are categorized and the applicant applies for another position, the recruiter only sees the most recent score. You have to go to the previous recruitment to see what score the applicant had before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jobilla solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system quickly and easily displays all the necessary information under the same view. Jobilla speeds up the recruitment process (categorization) - You can immediately access the best talents. Jobilla is secure. Everything is in one place and not in emails. No need to circulate CVs via email. CVs can also be added to the software later under the candidate.
