Jobdiva as ATS is very easy to use as compare to other ATS which is available like Indeed and Carreer Builder, Dice.
Easy to source candidates for Lab Tech, phlebotomist role within 24hrs of TAT.

Dry location of clients in USA not able to find good quality of resumes

Jobdiva solving problems like integrated Req assignment to the team, timely notifications, email merge features.
RTR assignment to the candidates using jobdiva , no mannual RTR needed.
Updating interviews offers easily.

Jobdiva includes features like RTR and job assignment and can see all details in Jobdiva without using VMS.
Using jobdiva for low-end requirements is very useful for me .

I love the customization in JobDiva. You can customize down to the smallest detail, and if something isn't customizable, reaching out to the JobDiva team is always a positive experience. They're responsive and very helpful, making important adjustments as needed. It's magic how they turn requests into solutions.

I would like to see the help guides updated, it seems the platform has new features and layouts that are not reflected in the guides, so sometimes the tutorial is not as easy to follow

I use JobDiva to track employees' details like bill rates, pay rates, SOWs, milestones, time sheets, and expenses.

Job Diva is one of the best ATS where you can easily make strings and find relevant candidates. Also, there is AI features are especially helpful in improving search accuracy and efficiency. You have a lot of filters to strains the irrelevant candidates and saves a lot of time.

As of now I have never had a day when I didn't like JobDiva.

I have been using JobDiva for the last ten years for recruiting purposes, and I appreciate how it has helped centralize and streamline our entire recruitment process. JobDiva addresses several key challenges we faced, such as managing a large volume of candidates across multiple job boards and tracking communication histories. One of the standout features for us is the AI-powered candidate search, which quickly identifies the best fit candidates from our database based on the job description and requirements. This feature has significantly reduced the time we spend on manual work. Additionally, JobDiva’s integration with tools like Microsoft Outlook helps us sync calendar schedules and manage communications efficiently. I also value how JobDiva continuously upgrades and innovates, especially with enhancements to AI candidate matching and reporting integration. This ongoing evolution, coupled with how JobDiva listens to client feedback, considerably enhances its value and recruitment efficiency.

I find the user interface of JobDiva a bit outdated and not very intuitive. Although the system is powerful and feature-rich, some screens feel dated and require several clicks to access certain information. Streamlining navigation and allowing for more customization in the layout would make it much easier and quicker for recruiters to work efficiently.

JobDiva is one of the best Applicant Tracking Systems I’ve ever used. It’s extremely user-friendly, highly customizable, and makes implementation simple. The platform allows seamless integration with major job boards like Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder. Plus, it provides excellent tracking features — you can monitor every stage of the recruitment process effortlessly.

Now, Job Diva comes with a AI Features, which is more helpful in recruitment

Job Diva isn't that bad but Manual Entries for every thing sometimes sucks like Making Job Diva ID, every thing you to mention manually and Marking candidate submittal internally and externally

What i saw in Job Diva, You can streamline the whole recruitment process, where you are working with Implementation partners or Direct Client which uses VMS portal, for an organization, where both the process works and job diva helps to make it one,

I like that JobDiva keeps all recruiting and account management tasks in one place. I find the Candidate Database and easy search helpful for managing job orders, tracking submissions, and interview and activity logs. The reporting and dashboards features allow me to monitor the status of candidates efficiently.

Speed, customization, and user interface are areas I think JobDiva could improve. The searches and reports could be optimized to handle large data sets faster. I'd like more flexible dashboards and a more modernized UI.

I have been using JobDiva since 2012. It is very user friendly. It can be integerated with job boards and VMS tools. Mail Merge feature is excellent. JobDiva can implementated very easily. JobDiva has an excellent customer support where we get an answers to our questions very easily. We use JobDiva regularly. Overall JobDiva is one stop tool for all recruiters. With recent features like E-Interviews/Live interviews it helps a lot for all recruiters. The UI for JobDiva is user friendly where one can go and make a use of different applications in JobDiva. Report section of JobDiva is excellent.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

Sometimes I feel BI reports are not helping that much. Simpler method of creating hotlist would be helpful

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It acts as a tool which helps all recruiters in their day to day activities like sending emails to candidate. Jobs getting added automatically if coddler is turned no need to add jobs manually. We can find all activity for candidates as well as recruiters.

I find it very beneficial for managing databases effectively, simplifying the entire recruiting process. One of the standout features is the ease of setting up JobDiva; I've noticed it's not difficult to get started with, and it comes equipped with a user-friendly database. This ease helps significantly with recording processes and managing various candidate interactions. JobDiva has proven immensely helpful for end-to-end recruitment management—from sourcing and screening candidates, submitting their profiles to clients, tracking candidate progress, sending out offer letters, and managing entire recruitment cycles seamlessly. I'm particularly impressed with how JobDiva assists in decision-making by offering comprehensive insights into candidate skill sets. Its numerous features facilitate managing calendars and databases efficiently, making it a valuable tool. Overall, JobDiva has contributed greatly to streamlined recruiting processes and provided support in making strategic hiring decisions. Its functionality and features are definitely a reason I would invest in it again.

The Talent Search allows me to use Boolean searches, making it easier to find a list of relevant candidates based on location and specific requirements. The Hotlist feature lets me create lists according to my needs, and by using Boolean strings, I can access these lists whenever necessary and also share them with others. The Resume Harvester enables me to connect Job Diva with integrated websites and apps, so new resumes are automatically added to Job Diva.

While I have experience with other ATS platforms, none have matched JobDiva in terms of reliability and features such as Email Merges, Phone Burner, Relevancy and the Reports Dashboard. Additionally, its intuitive interface simplifies even the most challenging tasks, making them much easier to manage.

The easy implementation of strings and maintaining candidate databases in JobDiva gives it a cutting edge over other ATS Systems. I have been using it daily in my day to routine and it has been a very helpful tool. Also, its integration with Realtime Searches and job boards makes it a perfect ATS Tool.

The JobDiva Feature of Realtime Searches sometimes lacks accuracy providing real time results. This is something that can be improved.

I have been using JobDiva for more than three years primarily for US recruitment as a senior resource executive. The feature that I find particularly helpful is being able to log a candidate and directly send the RTR from within the system, streamlining communication processes without needing external tools like DocuSign. JobDiva stands out as a superior applicant tracking system (ATS) with an easy-to-use interface that simplifies my tasks compared to other systems like CPAL, allowing me to efficiently execute tasks and produce more reliable candidates for clients. I find inconsistencies in search results when using the same Boolean strings across different platforms, including JobDiva. The results differ, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the geographical search feature is not as accurate as I'd like. When entering a ZIP code and specifying a 15-mile radius, the search results could be more precise.

I’ve worked with several ATS platforms, but JobDiva truly stands out for its user-friendly interface and powerful features. Its agent Search makes sourcing highly efficient — providing visibility into who has already been submitted and maintaining a detailed candidate history, including previous resume versions to verify authenticity. I especially appreciate how JobDiva tracks all communication — emails, calls, notes, and messages — across the entire organization, making collaboration seamless. Moreover, its integration capabilities with tools like LinkedIn and Zoom add great flexibility and convenience to daily recruiting workflows. Overall, JobDiva delivers both ease of use and strong functionality that make it an excellent choice for recruiters.

When clicking on a candidate from the sourced list, the profile opens in the same tab and replaces the current view. It would be much more convenient if there were an option to open candidate profiles in a new tab or window, allowing users to keep multiple profiles open for comparison or quick reference. And the agent search needs to be more precise with sourcing.

I work in the recruitment sector, and Job Diva has been an incredible tool that supports the entire hiring process — from sourcing candidates through its database and integrated job boards to tracking and placing candidates efficiently. **What do you like best about JobDiva?**

The best feature about jobdiva is that we dont have to make a boolean search string. We can simply enter the name of the skills or anything that we are looking to find in the candidate's resume and it will highlight the specific keyword in the yellow during search results.
Another excellent feature is that we can exclude various titles or skills, look for specific number of years of experience, and also we can use mappings too which is very helpful - ex Medical Device Companies, Pharmaceutical Companies etc.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

The only thing i dislike is that it is very difficult to find fresh graduate or entry level candidates since there is no special filter or way in Jobdiva to look for those candidates.

JobDiva is one of the leading ATS available in the market, making recruitment and candidate database management much easier. I daily use Jobdiva during my office hours from the last 4 years. One of its strengths is that it integrates with other platforms such as Indeed, Dice, Monster and Career Builder , which adds to its versatility. It also streamlines the onboarding process for new hires. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for beginners to learn very quickly. They have always helped me in finding the skilled candidates very quickly and reliably, and I really appreciate how easy it is to pull reports and track everything. In Jobdiva, we can put strings according to us. It has many options in strings like Required, Exclude, Titles, Attribute etc and we can also upload the new candidates to the job dive very easily. The new AI features are very good and helpful. Jobdiva is a life-changing ATS for Staffing indusrties and for all the users who have been using it.

I have been using Job Diva for more than 04 years and never found anything to dislike. It has made my daily recruitment very easy. I can easily fill the jobs with quality candidates.

Jobdiva is the best ATS used by staffing agencies and HR professionals.  This software enables the user to maintain the candidate's details such as their address, phone number, education etc. It offers tools for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, applicant tracking and customer relationship management. It integrates with email systems, job boards, and various other tools to streamline the hiring process. We can upload new resumes or profiles very easily and quickly.

To begin with, JobDiva stands out for its user-friendly interface, which makes navigating and understanding the different fields straightforward. 

This ease of use enables me to quickly locate top profiles from a variety of job boards. The "Relevance" field option is particularly helpful, as it allows me to sort efficiently and pinpoint the most suitable and well-matched candidates. 

When working on Non-IT and healthcare requisitions, I find that utilizing the "Qualification" and "Title" fields within the "Talent Search" feature streamlines the process of finding the best candidates. 

Furthermore, the ability to create Hot-list Candidates, search for jobs, and access reporting tools adds significant value to my workflow.

JobDiva offers many helpful features. It allows us to search for specific skill sets based on requirements and modify the search at any point across various fields, such as required skills, education, and job titles. Additionally, its real-time feature is particularly useful, as it helps us access new profiles in the database as they become available.

In my previous company, there was a feature called "mapping," which appeared as a checkbox column on the talent search page. We used it to match required skills and job titles. I don't see that feature in JobDiva, and I found it very helpful. I believe JobDiva should consider bringing this feature back.

It is a one stop for everything related to the candidates. Be it the large candidate database or anything related to candidates makes it easier to for the user to able to access it. I use it  on daily basis and it is super easy and user friendly. Uploading details and resumes is so easy, one can even integrate the outlook emails into the diva makes it easier for users to access notes and everything related to the candidate or any contact. Also it their customer support is very friendly and gives the resolution at earliest and apart from that one can easily register for the job diva trainings/webinars. Creating a user account is so easy and it can be implemented in daily life making it easier for it users.

Sometimes we put 30 miles of filter but still it shown sometimes 40 to 50 miles of candidate's profile too so it's difficult to reach out those candidates.

The dashboard is great.  It allows our recruiters to see the health of each account in real time.  When you can see headcount, open req's, subs, interviews and more all in one place it's a game changer.

In many cases you have to search out what it is you are looking to do..

It allows for me and our company to house info all in one place and we can at any given time see the contact info, status of the account, notes and much more.

not much is there to dislike abot job diva been using from last 11 yrs and since than its been doing proper refinement. 
Still there are times when searches are not working properly.

Tracking applications as an ATS and generating different type of reports. All the features of categorizations are helpfull

I find JobDiva easy to use, and the user interface is really understandable even if you're using it for the first time. It's really easy to start the talent search - just one click away. I also find it very easy to find suitable candidates in a specific location, which is really helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

I'm using JobDiva for the past six, seven years, but we are still missing the ability to add multiple ZIP codes at once in a single string. This feature would be very useful.

I find JobDiva makes it very easy to find suitable candidates in a specific location. Starting the talent search is straightforward with just one click after inputting a Boolean string.

As far as now, Job diva is the best tool I used.

I can find candidates for any challenging role using boolean feature. It helped to shortlist candidates easily. No need to visit other job boards. I can review all the fetched resumes from Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and Dice in JobDiva at the same time.

The JobDiva is a ATS systems. It is useful for staffing & recruitment company. It is used to store applicants CV data to use in future. It is ease of implementation. we can integrate many job portal like - Dice, Monster, and CB. we will give the best feedback about Job-diva to a friend.

The jobdiva is slow to other ATS systems. It is costly. it has a performance issue. it has some issues with filtering & shorting the applicant's profile. It is not eased to use in mobile app as compared to computer & laptop.
