The search option! I love being able to easily search clients, employees, and customers easily. Really user-friendly and almost like Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the only cons I've found is it doesn't always show up with a name search. I love the search feature. I do wish it includes nicknames and/or full names. If you put someone in as Bob Smith and then they are Robert as their nickname or full name in the next layer -- you can't search Robert even though Robert is also included in their profile. A small thing we've learned to work around. The assignment end date record sometimes is also a hit or miss. These are really the only two cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
