I love being able to easily search clients, employees, and customers easily. Really user-friendly and almost like Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about JobDiva? One of the only cons I've found is it doesn't always show up with a name search. I love the search feature. I do wish it includes nicknames and/or full names. If you put someone in as Bob Smith and then they are Robert as their nickname or full name in the next layer -- you can't search Robert even though Robert is also included in their profile. A small thing we've learned to work around. The assignment end date record sometimes is also a hit or miss. These are really the only two cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you? Despite listing the search as a "dislike" --overall it is wonderful and makes things much easier. I also love being able to easily catalog certifications, licenses, etc. Being able to link the contact information for our clients has been nice and having the jobs automatically loaded with the coddler is easily the biggest plus and time saver. Huge benefit. So far, the problems we have found have been fixed with their support team. That is another benefit with JobDiva actually. The CS team has been wonderful!
