What do you like best about JobDiva?

JobDiva is the most popular ATS available today. The best thing is that it is really easy to learn and get started. It is one of the best ATSs for proactive sourcing. You can create a host list around your recurring requisitions and keep on adding candidates to it. This way you can create a huge database for yourself. It tracks everything that happens with a candidate. All teams like payroll, timesheet and recruitment and background verification teams can work on it simultaneously. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

If you don't have subscription to job boards building database on JobDiva is really hard. In fact, it not all JobDiva's fault. It has to do with your subscription to job boards completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
