"Powerful Recruiting Workflow, Slowed by Search Lags"

What do you like best about JobDiva?

I use JobDiva as my primary ATS to manage candidate resumes, notes, documents, job requirements, and different requisitions in one place instead of searching through emails and spreadsheets. I like being able to search and source candidates from our database and job boards like Dice and Monster, use keywords and Boolean searches, and adjust skill relevance so the best matches appear at the top. I can also create AI summaries based on the job description and skill set, and see candidates’ past resumes. Tracking candidate progress from screening through submission and project start is useful, and I can check client feedback and avoid duplicate submissions across multiple requirements. I can add notes about visa status, W2 or C2C preference, and relocation, and share RTR and RC documents. These features save me time and help me work faster and stay organized. I also like the interface, found the initial setup simple and straightforward, and appreciate being able to track team and company reports, workflow, requirement status, candidate status, and submission status. The reports help maintain transparency. I use JobDiva alongside LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Monster, and it helps me manage the recruitment process end to end in a faster way. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

JobDiva’s search can be slow and lag, especially when I have multiple pages open, and the interface is slow. I’d also like an option to permanently delete candidates who commit fraud or misbehave with clients. Adding notes isn’t enough, since some suspicious candidates apply for every role even when they don’t have the skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
