I like that JobDiva keeps recruitment organized in one place. I can search resumes by skills, experience, and keywords, track candidate progress and follow-ups, and manage multiple job openings without going through every resume manually. Having job requirements, candidate details, and communication history together saves time, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to coordinate with my team and focus on finding the right candidates. I find it practical and user-friendly, and it makes my day-to-day recruitment work easier to manage. The setup was fairly straightforward, and the support and guidance during onboarding were helpful. I think JobDiva could be faster and more responsive, especially when I’m working with lots of resumes or searching with multiple filters. Sometimes it takes a little extra time to find the exact profiles I need. The interface could be more modern and easier to navigate, since some options take a few extra clicks to access. I’d also find more accurate search results and easier-to-customize reports helpful. It took our team some time to get familiar with the features and workflows, and a more detailed walkthrough of the key features at the beginning would have made setup smoother.
