We have been users of this system for 12+ years and have never found another product that could pull us away. JobBoss2 is integral to the way we do business and we wouldn't be where we are today without them. The system can handle micro businesses with ease, but also grows with you. Everytime we need something more (like moving to the cloud) JobBoss2 is right there with the next evolution of their product. There is not a single person in our shop that doesn't know or interact with it on a daily basis, and JobBoss2 makes it easy for them to do so. Highly recommend! JobBoss2 is so capable and flexible that it can be hard to determine the best way to tailor it to your shop. So far we have not found anything it can't do, we just have to decide which way WE want to do it. It has led to a couple of false starts over the years when implementing new ideas. But we do appreciate that we can utilize it how it works best for us, so I don't think this is as much a reflection on the platform as it is on us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
