What do you like best about Joan?

I love how simple it is to book a room with Joan. We rarely have employees arguing over who gets the conference/phone rooms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Joan?

I wish the system worked a little quicker (though it may be our wifi). The main challenge is teaching our every multi-cultural staff how to use Joan - but many of our scheduling challenges could be more based off different culture's reliance on schedules compared to more flexible cultures. What problems is Joan solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had people fighting over conference rooms - we rarely have that problem now! Even if someone doesn't know "how" to book conference rooms, there's a level of respect when someone else does have the room booked and there isn't a fight over who "deserves" the room more in the moment.
