I appreciate the simplicity of the devices and the options available within the backend setup. There is a lot of control for conference rooms, and I like how specific you can get with what is in the room, seats, and floors. We use Microsoft 365 and integrating that into our account was simple and allows for us to have a greater control of identity.

The sync between Joan and Office 365 is often enough that last-minute meetings show up so we don't have to worry about being double-booked. Several employees were excited to easily see if the conference room was booked or not and when an active meeting is happening, it's even easier to identify. The ease of quickly adding a meeting at the Joan device has been great for our Leadership when they've had impromptu meetings with clients.

Pricing is reasonable with the base price and a simple add of new devices as you need them. The conference room devices, we use the Joan 6E for now, allow for several ways to get them connected to our network and look sleek on our walls.

Support was quick to assist us when we had an issue getting the sync working, but that also turned out I didn't correctly read the well written documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
