I like using Joan for room scheduling and visitor management. I find it incredibly useful for quickly checking room availability for spontaneous meetings and seeing when a room is next available. The visitor management feature is great for streamlining office visits by pre-registering guests. I appreciate the ease of installation and implementation, making it quick to onboard and set up devices for customers efficiently. The customer support is very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist. I also find the Joan devices to be very cost-effective, maintaining optimal battery consumption even after more than seven years in use. Multi-tenant buildings don't work well with Visitor Management and some features like package drop-off are missing. Currently, there's just the option to connect one Microsoft tenant to the portal, and that's an issue for some of my customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
