"Jitsu: Reliable, easy-to-use event collection with great ROI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Jitsu?

Jitsu does what it's supposed to do, and does it very well. Collecting events and sending them where they need to go just works, so we can spend our time on our own product instead of the data pipeline.

It's easy to work with. Setup is simple, the configuration is clear, and adding a new source or destination is quick.

It also has a wide range of SDKs. Native support for the Segment SDK is a big plus: you can use Segment-style tracking you already have, so integrating or migrating is much easier.

It's also a stable platform. It runs reliably in production and we can depend on it.

The pricing is fair, and for what it gives us, the return on investment is very good. We get a reliable, full-featured event pipeline for much less than we'd spend building and maintaining one ourselves.

The community is active and helpful, and the support team is responsive. When we've had questions, we've gotten clear answers quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jitsu?

The documentation doesn't cover all of Jitsu's features in enough detail. Some of the more advanced capabilities are only briefly described, so working out how to use them sometimes takes extra time, trial and error, or a question to the community. To be fair, the docs have been getting better over time, and each update fills in more of the gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
