What stands out is how seamlessly Jitsi balances frictionless access with uncompromising user privacy. Unlike other platforms that trap users behind mandatory account creation, proprietary app downloads, and restrictive freemium tiers, Jitsi delivers a top-tier video experience that respects user autonomy. I find the mobile experience inconsistent. Joining via a mobile web browser can be spotty. While the native Jitsi iOS/Android apps work well, having to download an app on mobile doesn't align with the 'zero-download' web experience I love on desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
