There's no doubt there are different phases/stages under which a project takes places, and you can track all of them using JIRA tool, you can create multiple channels as per your project as Production, Infrastructure, Security, etc and create case under those channels and track the progress of it. The latest update creates confusion as it has an old view and new view, the new update syncs up to your time zone and the old one shown one standard, now the confusion is when someone is in the different time zone it shows him different time and at my end, it shows another.
